Up for sale here is a Volvo Penta duoprop lower bearing carrier that came off of about a 1989 Volvo 290 dp outdrive, but should fit other years as well. This one will need the bearing race replaced and also possibly the needle bearing and oil seal as well to be safe, other wise has been repainted with Volvo aquamatic white spray paint and in good shape. Maeda named new Mazda design boss, replacing van den Acker

Ikuo Maeda is the new head of design at Mazda Motor Corp. The man who is credited with styling the Mazda's flagship sports car takes over for Dutchman Laurens van den Acker, 43, who has decided to leave the company "to pursue other interests," the automaker said in a statement today. Van den Acker, who joined Mazda in 2006, will remain at the automaker until April 10 to ensure a smooth transition for Maeda, Mazda said.

The lower price of fuel in continental Europe also attracts British drivers. Every year, 4.2 million British drivers head to Europe and research by the RAC shows the UK ranks only 24th when it comes to the quality of its roads.
