This Volvo transmission came off a TMD-40a. It is in good working condition. It came out of a Uniflite boat with twin tmd-40a engines. Boat had an elder owner that hardly used it and then passes away and we sold the engines one engine sold with a tranny and the other without. So we were left with a transmission with very low hours in great working condition. We have had it in storage for a few years. Its always been stored in doors you can tell by its condition. Its ration is 1.93:1 or 1.92:1 its just under 2:1. They don't make these transmissions anymore and parts are very expensive and hard to find. Im selling it with no warranty but know that it came from a low hour boat in great condition. No Zero bidders or international shipping. Shipping price depends on where you live.

BMW 2012 London Olympic Fleet arrives BMW has revealed its fleet of cars for ferrying athletes, VIPs and officials around London for the 2012 Olympics. BMW is an official sponsor for the 2012 London Olympics – just in case you’ve been in a cave for the last couple of years – and are focusing supplying on low emission cars cars to transport the mass of Olympic bods round London this summer. That means there will be no plutocratic 7 Series of ‘let’s get there quick’ M5s on offer and instead the Olympic great and good will have to do with a fleet of cars with a green halo.

Audi A5 Coupe Sport by Project Kahn

Mon, 28 Mar 2011

Project Kahn reveals the Audi A5 Sport Coupe Project Kahn take stylish and appealing cars and add some glitz. Not always to our taste, we must confess, but not usually a glitterball explosion in a branch of Halfords either. And it could be argued that some cars could do with a bit of extra visual oomph.

Them's the Breaks: Mercedes concept name razes I browse

Wed, 21 Apr 2010

Yes, yes, we know. The Mercedes-Benz use of the term “Shooting Break” as the name for its latest concept vehicle is, well, it's just so wrong. The traditional, and most people would say correct, spelling is “shooting brake.” As AW's copy chief, I take this sort of thing very much to heart and felt moved to respond to the yowling of readers on our Web site.
