These parts came from a 1986 boat with the 275 outdrive. This listing is for the perfectly good working upper gear box. The 26 spline yoke end and u-joint assembly has been removed for another project. Perfect for someone with a bad gear box and good universal joint assembly. This transmission shifts fine from forward to reverse and has the double bolt helmet mount.
This will fit in the usps priority large flate rate box and with insurance shipping will be $24. The gear changes are in the lower unit so this will fit the 270,275, and 280 outdrives that have 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines.. Dany Bahar wants £6.7 million compensation from Lotus
Tue, 28 Aug 2012The Dany Bahar saga at Lotus continues with Bahar claiming £6.7 million compensation for his firing as Lotus CEO. Back in May, ex-Ferrari man Dany Bahar was ousted as CEO of Lotus, confirmed a month later by Lotus parent DBR-Hicom who appointed Aslam Farikullah – an engineer, not a marketing man – to oversee a way forward for Lotus, and just last week Lotus put Bahar’s custom Esprit up for sale. But that appears not to be the end of dealings between DBR-Hicom and Bahar as Bahar has issued proceedings against his former employers seeking compensation of £6.7 million for wrongful dismissal.
