The ‘All Star’ here is the All-Star Award from America’s Automobile magazine who’ve decided that the new XJ deserves an award, just as the Jaguar XF deserved the same accolade in 2009 and 2010. Saab is sold again: two Chinese makers buy Saab
Fri, 28 Oct 2011Chinese car makers Pang Da and Youngman today agreed to buy Saab in its entirety from Swedish Automobile. It's the latest extraordinary twist in the saga of Saab, which has been technically bankrupt since September 2011 and built just 11,000 cars this year. The deal, which will see the Chinese car makers pay €100 million for Saab, has not yet however been signed and sealed.
Fisker Karma recalled over fire risk
Tue, 21 Aug 2012The Fisker Karma has been recalled after a fire in Woodside, Calif., where the source was determined to be a low-temperature cooling fan. This is the second fire for the Karma this year; the other happened in Fort Bend County, Texas. Around 1,400 Karma models already in customers' hands will be recalled, along with 1,000 that have yet to leave dealerships.
