VOLVO VN SERIES SEMI-TRUCK INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, VERSION 85102029, SW ID : 6.90 LOADED TANDEM AXLE, MPH

This Instrument Cluster, version number 85102029, used in VOLVO "VN" trucks is a Loaded Tandem Axle model with MPH gauge. This Instrument Cluster was manufactured in Mexico Sept. 22, 2007. The version number can be read from the bottom edge of the Cluster. The software version is 6.90. The Odometer  displays 200230.6 miles with 3860 engine hours stored in its memory. The Odometer reading can be user toggled between English or Metric display.

Gauges included are - Speedometer (MPH), Tachometer, Engine Oil Pressure, Engine Coolant Temperature, Turbo Boost Pressure,  Fuel Level, Forward Axle Temp., Rear Axle Temp., Applied air Pressure,  Front and Rear Brake Air Pressure. The Speedometer secondary reading is in KPH.

Also included are - Odometer Display Module, and Left Graphics Display Module that displays Clock, Engine Hours,  Voltmeter,  Trip Odometer 1 and 2, Transmission Temp Gauge, Engine Oil Temp Gauge, Diagnostic Messages and Fuel Economy.

This unit is used but is in excellent condition. All electrical driven gauges have been checked and are operational. The Odometer and Graphics Display Modules have been checked and are operational. All Telltale lamps and back light lamps have been checked and are operational. The air gauges have been pressure tested and seem to be accurate and operational.

You are bidding on one each Volvo 80102029 version SW ID: 6.90 Instrument Cluster. The test box used to check the operation of the Cluster, as shown in the picture, is not part of the offer.

Note: The odometer and engine hours are stored in the cluster. Whenever a replacement  cluster is installed, this value must be updated to reflect the mileage and engine hours of the vehicle in which the cluster is installed. This is done using the MPSI Pro-link 9000 tool with the Volvo card. Please consult your Volvo Repair facility to have this required operation completed.

The final bid value includes a $50.00 Core charge. If the buyer decides to return his cluster prepaid, and is returned within 30 days, a refund of this Core Charge and return shipping charge  will be issued to the buyers account.

Again, the installer of the purchased Cluster is required to have the Odometer and engine hours reset to match the values as indicated on the replaced Cluster.
