Nukabe is proud to introduce a new line of braking components called VOXA.  These VOXA D.O.T. approved stainless steel brake lines are available in two colors (red or blue) and are constructed of 5 layers of material to increase the longevity of your brake lines.

1. The hose is constructed from 5 layers of material, as opposed to the 2 layers in most stainless steel brake lines.

2. The first layer is Teflon, then a Kevlar braid.  A black anti-chafe coating separates the Kevlar from the stainless steel braid and prevents them from abrading each other.

3. The final layer is a colored vinyl heat shrink wrap.  This gives a distinct look, as well as preventing sand and grit from getting underneath the stainless braid.

4. The fittings are a one-piece design, and are permanently crimped onto the hose system.  The combination of the fitting and the hose design allow the completed brake lines to pass the difficult D.O.T. “whip test” with ease!  Many stainless steel brake lines on the market do not have these unique features, and most do not have the D.O.T. certification.

Note: These brake lines do include crush washers.

The Part Number for these brake lines is #VBL564L

BMW and Pininfarina to show Gran Lusso Coupé concept at Villa d'Este

Wed, 15 May 2013

BMW and Pininfarina have collaborated on a concept car – the Gran Lusso Coupé – for the 2013 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. Previewed in these teaser images, the gloriously glamorous-sounding Gran Lusso (lusso being Italian for ‘luxury') appears to fuse BMW iconography – the front fender vent, Hofmeister kink DLO and horizontal rear lamp treatment – with a little more Latin flair with a rocker that flicks up the rear lamp and joins the shoulder line. The full-width rear lamps also promise to be suitably exotic.

Peugeot RCZ GT THP 1.6 156 Review & Road Test (2010) Part 3

Peugeot RCZ Review - The striking Double Bubble Roof Even though you can see the interior of the RCZ is 308 titivated, it’s still a decent place to be with its leather, embossed sports seats and a decent number of toys. And the rather less than accurate SatNav which always seems to have a brainstorm wherever I want to go and sends me somewhere else.  And it’s not just in the RCZ; I have the same problem in every Peugeot I’ve driven recently.
