This auction is for a WIRING HARNESS SERVICE only!

We do NOT have harnesses sitting on a shelf ready to ship. These are NOT brand new. We use the harness you send us and re-wire it to make it function. Please take the time to read the info below. I explain everything thoroughly.

We are Z-Fever and we have been doing swaps in Nissan and Infiniti vehicles since 1990.
We have figured out how to make a VQ35HR engine run in an older chassis that came with a VQ35DE engine. We can also make the VQ35HR engine run on the ground not even in a car! Be sure to check out the video below....

But this auction is for the guy that owns a 350Z or G35 and wants to remove the VQ35DE engine and install the newer VQ35HR engine, specifically.
I have other auctions that are for making a VQ35HR engine run in a 240SX or 240Z, or a universal harness that will allow it to be used in any vehicle at all.

Information about the motors:
The DE motors were known to suffer from oil consumption issues but the HR motors don't. Also, the HR motors make more HP and rev much higher from factory. The DE motor has a 6500 rpm redline, the VQ35DE "Rev-Up" has a 7000 rpm redline, and the HR motor has a 7700 rpm redline. But when we tune them we normally set the HR's redline to 8100 and it is totally safe.

So, If you are wanting to swap out your DE engine for an HR engine you will need this conversion harness done for you. It makes it drop-in and plug-n-play.

General information about the swap requirements:

Here is what you will need to purchase if you want to perform the swap:
1) a complete VQ35HR motor set including ALL accessories (a/c compressor, p/s pump, alternator, starter, pulleys, and belts)
2) you will also need the flywheel, clutch, release bearing (concentric slave cylinder), and transmission
(NO, your VQ35DE transmission WILL NOT bolt up to the VQ35HR engine. The bolt patterns are different)
3) The complete EFI wiring harness
4) The VQ35HR EFI ECU (under the dash, look at the pics above to see the differences)
5) 2 air flow meters. The VQ35DE uses the same air flow meter but there are 2 of them for the VQ35HR so you will need to acquire a 2nd one
6) air boxes or a high flow intake set-up for the Throttle bodies and air flow meters
7) The 3rd connector that goes onto the ECU of the VQ35HR ECU. It is part of the dash harness in the HR donor car. Cut it off and leave 6" of wire from the dash harness. You will not need the entire dash harness, just this connector.

OK, if you are doing the HR swap into a DE car then this is all you will need to purchase from the donor car.
As for the install, the HR motor will bolt directly to the front crossmember of the DE chassis. The trans mount from teh HR trans will also bolt to the DE chassis. The driveshaft is the same also as well as the shifter.
Hook up the radiator hoses using HR hoses to the DE radiator and heater core. The only thing left is the wiring.

That's where we come in......

Here's what you will need to send us:
-The VQ35DE EFI harness complete
-The VQ35HR EFI harness complete
-The VQ35HR ECU
-The 3rd connector for the ECU (from under the dash of the donor car. This connector is NOT part of the EFI harness of the HR. There are only 2 of the 3 connectors that go to the ECU on the HR EFI harness. The 3rd one comes from the dash harness. Please take a close look at the pics I provided so you will know what you are looking for).

We will integrate all the necessary connectors as needed, delete the things that are no longer needed, and tune the ECU as required to make it all function without throwing any check engine lights or going into limp mode.
All of the stock gauges will work 100%. So does your cruise control (if your car is so equipped), and your VTC, and TPMS, a/c, p/s, etc... Just like stock OEM.
Once we receive your harness and related components it will take us about 10 business days to complete this service and get it shipped. This does NOT include the time for you to ship it to us or the time for FedEx to bring it back to you. It takes time to re-wire these and we do a lot of harnesses. We do them in order of when they arrive. First in- first out... If you need a faster turn around time we can accommodate you but we will charge an expedited fee that is extra.

Here's what you will get back from us when we are finished:
1 single plug-and-play VQ35HR EFI wiring harness that hooks up to your engine and also connects to your early model 350Z's / G35's dash harness along with a fully tuned VQ35HR ECU. It will have an Up-Rev Osiris ROM editor license loaded to it already and it will be fully tuneable by anyone that has an Osiris "Tuner" cable and software. (this cable is NOT provided in this auction, nor is it needed).
All you have to do is install it on your engine, connect to your dash harness, install the ECU, and hit the ignition switch.
(as long as you install it properly).

Information about the tune we create for the ECU:
The ECU was not meant to be in the DE chassis so there are a few proprietary things we need to do internally.
The NATS (Nissan Anti Theft System) will be removed / shut off.
The high speed fuel cut off will be eliminated
The RPM redline will be raised by 400rpm to 8100
The speed that the TB's open will be increased giving the engine even better throttle response
We also tune the ECU expecting you to have improved air flow in and out of the motor. Typical gains are 20hp over stock.

*****We can also add a valet MAP and a security MAP if your car has cruise control*****

PLEASE ALLOW FOR THIS KIND OF TIME. DO NOT EXPECT IT TO BE SHIPPED OUT IMMEDIATELY.

Call me at the #'s above if you have any questions.

Here are a couple videos of our system working like it is supposed to:
