Payment Options & Information

Once you are notified by email that you are the winner of the auction,
you can immediately arrange payment via PayPal from the auction page or the eBay email.
We accept e-check and credit card payments through PayPal.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover directly.
Contact us after the auction if you wish to send payment via your credit card.
All payments must be made in US dollars.
Full payment must be received within five (5) days of the auction's ending.

Non-Payment / Non-Contact

A winning bid is a binding contract.
All transactions not completed within five (5) days of the auction’s closing date will be cancelled
and an unpaid item dispute report will be issued to eBay in order to recuperate the final value fees.

The buyer will be banned from any of our future auctions.

Shipping & Handling Information

If your shipping address is a Post Office Box, we will assume that your Post Office will accept a box.
Unless YOU notify us differently.

It is YOUR responsibility to keep your shipping address updated on eBay and PayPal.
Should the package be returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address you have on file,
additional shipping costs will be collected to compensate for reshipping the item to you.

When your payment clears, your order will normally
ship within 24 - 48 hours (not including weekends & holidays).

We ship the majority of our products with USPS because they are convenient, efficient and reliable.
The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

In order to save shipping costs, we will consolidate multiple auctions into one shipment whenever possible.
Just let us know you are bidding on other items.
However once we receive your payment, your order will be prepared
for shipping and no further items can be added to the shipment.

International Buyers
Due to PayPal's policy on shipping international packages, all international purchases MUST
now be shipped USPS Priority and to a confirmed address.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office
to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We will not falsify the value and the purchase price of the item will be the declared value for Customs.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts.
US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Unfortunately, Customs may cause a delay in delivery of your item, please allow extra time for this process.

Warranty

Bootch Trading warrants that every new item we sell is free from defects in workmanship and materials.
We are committed to providing our customers with only the best quality products.
All of our auto parts are manufactured to meet or exceed the OEM specifications.

WARRANTY on all products are conditional.
Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
A limited 30-day warranty applies to all parts (except electrical/electronic) unless otherwise stated.

Bootch Trading will repair, replace, or adjust any item deemed defective or refund the purchase price at our option.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, modification, racing, mishandling,
accidents, or normal wear & tear. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of operating or being installed
against manufacturer’s recommendations will not be covered by this warranty.
Also excluded from the warranty are New Old Stock (NOS) items, used parts, and electrical parts which we will
always do our best to represent, but can not guarantee their performance or quality.

Bootch Trading will not be responsible for labor charges, inconveniences, or any other miscellaneous expenses and
incidental or consequential damages caused by the item. This warranty is limited to the retail price paid for the product
less the shipping cost. All items being returned must be sent postpaid. This warranty gives you specific rights
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In addition, some states do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or
consequential damages. Accordingly, limitations as to these matters contained herein may not apply to you.

Defective parts must be returned before replacement parts or a credit will be issued.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

However, it is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain if this part is appropriate for the desired application.
If additional information is required, please contact us well in advance of the auction’s
conclusion with any questions prior to bidding by using eBay's messaging system.

Full Refunds are issued only on items that are a gross misrepresentation
from its picture and description or if we shipped the wrong item.

All non-electric items are returnable within 15 days of the original purchase, provided it is in brand new
(showing no signs of wear or installation) resalable condition.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee, to refuse any return or refuse a refund if the item is no longer resaleable.
A refund will be given at the final auction price less shipping and handling charges.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Under no circumstances will shipping & handling charges, installation or incidental costs be refunded.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept RETURNS or issue REFUNDS on electrical (electronic) parts.

Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NO refunds will be given until items are returned to us.

If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately
(no more than 3 days), so that we can correct the situation.
Carriers will not accept damage claims after 5 days of delivery.
You must retain all outer cartons, boxes, packing material, and labels until the claim process has been finalized.

If you are unsatisfied with the item, please email us through eBay's messaging system ONLY.
