It looks like the Bentley Mulsanne Speed is on the way, and maybe a Mulsanne Coupe too? Even the very top end car makers are finding that buyers are willing to pay more for more driver-focused versions of the their cars, with even Rolls Royce churning out the Wraith- a Ghost Coupe –  to tempt buyers. And now it looks like Bentley are going to extend their Speed versions from the Continental range to the Mulsanne.

Honda city car gets a new hybrid drivetrain and dual-clutch gearbox – and a claimed 102.8mpg The new Honda Jazz Hybrid has been revealed, with massive improvements in fuel economy for the smartly packaged and keenly priced urban runabout. Its 102.8mpg (UK) claim puts the current Jazz Hybrid’s figure of 62.8mpg in the shade, as well as that of the Toyota Yaris Hybrid with 81.0mpg. It will be shown at the Frankfurt motor show this September before arriving in UK showrooms in 2014.

First launched in 1998 as the MCC Smart City Coupe, the ForTwo has been redeveloped as it moves towards the North American market. Length has increased from 2.5m to just under 2.7m - for greater crash protection and more trunk space, which now stands at 340 liters when packed to the roof. Regulations have also seen the IP straightened out, though the prominent air vents remain.
