You are bidding on a swingarm that allows you to run a 240 or 250 tire with a  18 X 8.5 rim on your VTX. The arm will fit all VTX1800 and 1300 models. This is the main item needed to run a fat tire. If you were to buy this from an online motorcycle website, it costs $600 plus you have to send them your old swingarm or pay an extra $300. You will not need to send in your old swingarm since no core is needed for this auction ! You can run your stock fender (cutting required) and seat or go all out with a new custom fender, paint, seat, etc. These swingarms are heavily reinforced and have all the stock equipment mounting points intact.  Painted gloss black but you can still use chrome aftermarket overlays if desired. Get FAT and be happy !  Shipping outside USA has additional costs, mail ridecraftcustoms  at gmail dot com. Thanks for looking!

Note: Many of you have asked about using your own swingarm. This is a way to dramatically reduce costs!  If you prefer to send us your original swingarm, have it modified, and returned to you, we can provide that service as well. Email ridecraftcustoms at gmail dot com

Wed, 20 Aug 2014

CLIMATE change isn’t just leading to arguments in politics – it’s causing heat in cars, too, because it seems men and women simply can’t agree on what temperature to set. A new study from Kwik Fit has revealed that 52% of couples whose cars have air conditioning argue over what temperature to set it at, and it’s usually men who want it cooler than their female companions. And as many as 250,000 drivers across the country say their air-con preferences are so different to their partner’s that they simply have to keep the system turned off to avoid bust-ups.
