Returns are permitted and must be returned in its original manufacturer's packing material and original state in order for it to be processed. Any parts that have been altered are not eligible for return. You must contact us via EBay messaging of the return to receive an RMA# and we must receive the product within 30 days of the purchased date. Without an RMA# the return is not valid and will not be accepted.
All undamaged products are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the freight expenses back to us. We require that you use some type of traceable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. If you receive a damaged product you must contact us via EBay messaging immediately so we can get your claim started with the carrier. The first nearly 200 buyers of the Porsche Panamera in the United States are getting a little something extra--the Porsche luggage set, priced at $3,580--for free. Porsche is giving away the specially designed luggage because the first batch of Panameras are late--they've been held at the ports while a problem with the car's key and software have been fixed. The expectant owners were sent a letter from Porsche explaining the delay.

VW has finally taken the wraps off the new Scirocco, 15 years after killing off the last generation coupe. Due to be officially unveiled at Geneva 2008, the Golf-based Scirocco has a pleasingly similar exterior to the Iroc concept shown at the 2006 Paris Motor Show, although the concept’s space-age interior has, predictably, undergone the full production watering-down. How cynical.

A 1952 Porsche 356 cabriolet owned by Robert Wilson of Oklahoma City, Okla., has been named the winner of a contest to find the oldest Porsche sold in America. Porsche Cars North America ran the contest, which asked owners to submit documentation showing when their cars were first sold, as part of its celebration of 60 years of selling cars in the United States. Wilson's car, which he found in a salvage yard, was imported in November 1952 by Max Hoffman, who started bringing Porsches to the United States in 1950.
