If a part that RE sells is alleged to have caused damages to other parts in a customer's car, RE is not responsible for those damages. RE is not responsible for damages under any circumstance or condition, even if the part(s) were installed by a professional or certified mechanic. We strongly recommend all consumers have a professional installer to install the parts. Vehicle protection is your responsibility. The Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from RE any consequential damages, suach as: damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit or income, mechanic fees or any other incidental damages. While some of these fuels are good for the planet, they are not good for your injection pump. Customer must use Diesel no. 2 or any injection pump returned and found to have any substance other than diesel no. 2 all repair costs to fix the part will be forwarded to the purchaser. Core returns for injection pumps should not be tampered with. Any core that comes in disassembled or incomplete (excluding fuel fittings) will not be accepted. Personal checks are not accepted for payment except when pre-approved by RE. You can void your Warranty. Failure to return the original box with the parts and an order confirmation included will void our legal responsibility to have the parts repaired or replaced at no charge. Honda will overhaul and reposition its Acura lineup over the next 18 months and abandon its long pursuit of top-tier luxury-car status for the brand. After years of trying to propel Acura into the front ranks with Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Lexus, Honda says it will settle for offering mid-level premium vehicles that favor fuel economy over performance. With one exception: At the Detroit auto show in January, Honda will bring back the Ferrari-fighting Acura NSX--a new version of the mid-engine supercar that disappeared in 2005 after a 15-year run.

Well, we suspect that the bar for most spectacular police vehicle has been raised once again with the delivery of the 700-hp Brabus B63S - 700 Widestar G-class to the Dubai police and its appearance at the Dubai Motor Show.

Aston Martin to bring back Lagonda

ASTON MARTIN is bringing back the Lagonda name, with the super saloon being offered for sale by invitation only. To be built at the company's plant at Gaydon in Warwickshire, the new car will be inspired by the Lagonda of 1976. Aston Martin is currently giving no indication of what the new Lagonda will cost other than saying that the price will be "commensurate with the car's exclusivity, quality and luxurious nature".
