Now for the fun stuff.  Shipping price listed below is for within the lower 48 states only.  If you are outside of that area, please email me your zip and I will gladly get you a quote.  If the item is going international and will fit inside a USPS Flat Rate box, that is the way it is going to go.  Please do not ask me to do it for less, and please do not ask me to put a lesser value on the Customs form.  I am not responsible for what Customs will charge you upon delivery.  I only fill out the form as I am instructed and ship it.  Once it is in the hands of the post office it is out of my control.  Items are sold as is unless stated otherwise.  That being said, we strive for 5 star, 100% positive feedback.  If you do have a problem with an item you received, please contact me first and I will be more than happy to work something out.  It is nothing personal but we do not leave feedback until it has been left for us.  You are responsible to make sure the item you are buying will fit on your car.  I will always try to provide part numbers when I can.  I will also answer any questions that I can, but ultimately it is up to you to make sure you are buying the right part.

BMW/Exa-sponsored project at ACCD

Wed, 13 Aug 2008

Art Center's BMW/Exa 7th term sponsored project, which we first reported on back in mid-February, recently had its final presentation at the conclusion of the Spring 2008 term. You'll recall the project tasked the students with redesigning a future X5 Sports Activity Vehicle with the express mandate improving its aerodynamic efficiency by at least 30 percent. To achieve this lofty goal, the co-sponsor on the project, Exa Corporation was going to provide both their engineering software PowerFLOW and their technical know-how to virtually test the students' Alias StudioTools design models and provide them with real world aerodynamic feedback.

Jaguar XJ 4WD tackles the coldest town on earth (video)

Mon, 04 Nov 2013

Jaguar XJ 4WD (pictured) tackles the coldest town on earth If you’ve ever driven a Jaguar XJ in any amount of snow, you’ll know it’s pretty useless. You need a handy supply of snow socks and winter tyres too if you’re going to make any length of journey in seriously cold and snowy conditions without stopping to dig yourself out at regular intervals. But Jaguar now has an XJ that can tackle poor and snowy conditions in the AWD XJ (although, sadly, it’s not on sale in the UK) so they’ve headed out on a 2,000 mile round trip in temperatures down to -50 degrees to show that the 4WD XJ just keeps on going.

Aston Martin unveils 2009 Le Mans challenger: first official pictures

Tue, 27 Jan 2009

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 27 January 2009 09:50 Those plucky Brits. This is Aston Martin’s new petrol-powered LMP1 Le Mans contender, designed to take on the diesel might of Peugeot's 908 and Audi's new R15. Aston is aiming for the overall win at the legendary 24-hour race on 13-14 June 2009, 50 years after Carroll Shelby and Roy Salvadori drove a DBR1 to victory. Aston’s new LMP1 car is based on the Lola-developed 2008 Charouz Racing Aston Martin that came ninth at Le Mans in 2008. For '09 the car has been further tweaked with help from Lola, Michelin, Koni and BBS.
