Hand manufactured in Canada, our exhaust systems work to revolutionize the exhaust flow of the VW 2.0T turbocharged platforms, without a total sacrifice in cabin comfort, through the integration of a back pressure relief valve. HPA's cat-backs are CAD design optimized for flow and back pressure, then tested on a rolling road simulator. Each system is constructed with only the best materials. Stainless steel three inch mandrel bent tubing optimizes flow while the integrated mechanical bypass valve opening under WOT, reduces system back pressure. This is the HPA advantage. The sudden drop in back pressure under acceleration enables the turbo to spin more freely which in turn, reduces turbine EGT's. The lower exhaust manifold temps allow your ECU to maximize its ignition map. More ignition equals more power. The rear mufflers function only to dampen the exhaust noise for a pleasurable cabin experience while commuting in day-to-day traffic. College Exhibition: Scuola Politecnica di Design Show
Wed, 10 Aug 2005Masters students on the Transportation Design course at Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, Italy have recently displayed the results of a project done in collaboration with Lamborghini. Twenty students were faced with the delicious task of reinterpreting the legendary Espada, the four-seater front-engined GT designed by Gandini under Bertone in 1968. Guided by Professor Marco Bonetto, the project spanned one year and included the active involvement of Walter De'Silva, Director of Design for Audi Brand Group (Audi, SEAT, Lamborghini), and Luc Donckerwolke, Design Director of Lamborghini.

Buyers of new Land Rovers who are happy to cough up £1200 when they order their new car at their dealers can now take delivery at JLR’s all new high-tech building, standing at the Lode Lane entrance of JLR’s Solihull facility.
