Up for auction is a fuel injection computer black box and an ignition knock sensor black box from a 16V Scirocco. They have been in storage for about 10 years. I bought them and other stuff as conversion parts for a project that never happened. I have not used or tested these parts but I know that they worked fine when removed from the previous car. These are hard to find and expensive new. Perfect for installing a 16V motor in a Rabbit or other Mk 1 VW. Check my other auctions for more 16V conversion parts. Vintage-photograph auction at Lime Rock to benefit teen-driver training
Mon, 31 Aug 2009Photographs of racing legends from yesteryear will help the young drivers of tomorrow through an auction over Labor Day weekend at Lime Rock. Autographed vintage photos of famous drivers will be sold to benefit a charity called Survive the Drive, which educates and trains high-school drivers in the Northeast. The program helped more than 10,000 students in the 2008-09 school year.
