Infiniti set to get deeper in to bed with Red Bull We’ve not been the biggest fans of Infiniti’s marketing efforts in the UK and Europe, but we had to concede that the decision for Infiniti to sponsor Red Bull in F1 had its upside. That upside is the decision to build the Infiniti FX50 Sebastian Vettel Edition as a production car, and the news that the feedback from the Vettel car will lead to a range of IPL (Infiniti Performance Line) cars which will be to Infiniti what AMG is to Mercedes and ‘M’ is to BMW. So the news that Infiniti is to up the ante with increased Red Bull sponsorship is good news, probably both for Infiniti and Red Bull.

Infiniti JX Concept - the tease ends We bit the bullet when Infiniti got to tease two of the Infiniti JX Concept, and we’ve managed to stick with it all the way through until this, tease six – the final piece of the jigsaw. Well, apart from the interior, that is, but we’ll have to wait until Pebble for that. This time Infiniti tease us with the only view we haven’t had so far of the JX - the front three quarters.

IN THE wake of the new Apple Watch's arrival, early-adopters are being warned that using it while driving could be a deadly mistake that lands them in jail. Smart watches can issue regular updates from internet services, apps and the user’s mobile phone, but the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) is urging people to turn them off while at the wheel. In a statement the IAM said: “The latest piece of wearable technology from Apple will allow users to make and receive calls, check their messages and monitor their health by operating the device on their wrists.
