Standard free shipping will ship by the most economical carrier of our choice, typically DHL Global Mail. Normal delivery time for this service is 2-6 business days to most locations within the US, longer is some instances. (DHL Global is a USPS mail integration program, similar to Fed Ex SmartPost. DHL carrier picks up packages at our location and brings to the USPS sort facility in the delivery location)

USPS First Class Mail and Expedited Shipping are available on most listings. Pricing starts at only $0.95 for first class and $ 3.95 for Expedited.

Standard free shipping to a commercial (business) address will typically ship via ground carrier (UPS or Fed Ex) for orders valued $ 25 or greater.

One day shipping service is available on the majority of our listings. Orders must by placed by 2PM CST for same day shipment. Please note the next day delivery service is not available to all locations; please contact us if you need to check availability of one day shipping service to your zip code.

The estimated delivery time displayed on your order is only an estimate based on average transit times, we do not guarantee delivery by this estimated date. Delivery is only guaranteed if an expedited service is selected (Expedited or next day service)

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. For a full refund, new items must be returned in the original, unopened package. Used,or open box items need to be returned in the original packaging. Clothing and accessories (including but not limited to shirts, pants, belts, ties, pajamas, underwear, socks) must be returned in same condition received; tags must still be attached if item ordered is "new with tags". If tags are missing, or item has been washed, used, or in otherwise different condition than received, a return will not be accepted. 

A minimum 25% restocking charge will be applied to any open items, and up to 50% for items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error. (Excludes defective items)

A restocking charge of up to 80% (minimum 25%) will be applied to items received outside of the return window or not returned through the proper ebay return process. (This includes refusals, return to senders, undeliverable addresses or packages returned without an ebay RMA)

We will pay return shipping costs for any defective or incorrect items. To qualify, the item(s) must be returned through the ebay RMA process or contact us for a prepaid label. We cannot reimburse any buyer paid return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced; if a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
