Stig test drives motorway pub
Wed, 22 Jan 2014The BBC has released a video of the Stig test driving Britain’s first motorway pub, presumably as a way of promoting its new series of Top Gear. The video shows the Stig pull up at Beaconsfield services in a Vauxhall Insignia, before entering the Hope and Champion pub and posing for photos, and then ordering a pint of beer. Petersen museum celebrates the 50th anniversary of Phil Hill's world championship

Now, on the 50th anniversary of his world championship, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is celebrating the life and accomplishments of Phil Hill--the first American to hold that title--with a new exhibit of his cars and a gala celebration of his greatest races. First is the exhibit, assembled in collaboration with Phil's son Derek, himself a racer.
New models to spur sales, J. D. Power says

Automakers have scheduled 60 new or substantially redesigned model introductions this year, compared with just 36 in 2010, by Power's count.
