This is a Warn 4.0 Ci Utility Winch with 4000 Lb Capacity. The model is 37-2110 and it has never been used. It has been in storage and the bars on the winch have some wear. A little rusting? It comes with everything as seen in the pictures. It has the unit, the box (although it's in bad shape), the remote control, the contactor, the express install wiring and everything else as seen in the pictures. I believe all the nuts & bolts are here. Although, some of the bags have been opened. I have taken as many pics as possible to show the exact condition of the unit. Shipping is free to the registered paypal address in the continental US. If you are not happy with the winch, it can be returned for a refund excluding return shipping. Tesla Roadster Sport announced
Sun, 11 Jan 2009The Tesla Roadster Sport will be available from the summer, for around €112K, and claims a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds, a 0.2 improvement on the existing Tesla Roadster. The extra power comes from fiddling with the stator in the motor and an increased winding density for less resistance (I’m sure that must make sense if you understand Electric Motors – I’m still stuck on the internal combustion engine – must keep up!). The Tesla Roadster Sport also gets Yokohama Ultra High Performance tyres and some suspension tweaks.

The all-wheel drive flagship Golf now has 296bhp, up from 267bhp, with its 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine and all-wheel drive sending the six-speed DSG version from 0-62mph in a feisty 4.9sec – matching the BMW M135i, but still shy of the Mercedes A45 AMG, which cracks it in 4.6sec. Why would I buy this over a Golf GTI?
Bentley considers S-Tronic technology for upcoming V8 Continental
Wed, 13 Oct 2010Bentley is considering equipping its future V8-powered Continental GT variant with a dual-clutch transmission that sister-company Audi badges as S-Tronic. Bentley's engineers are doing engineering studies on the feasibility of packaging the S-Tronic into the Continental's transmission tunnel. The major challenge is re-engineering and producing the GT's underbody and running gear to accept the S-Tronic, which is a different shape than that of the six-speed ZF that the W12 GT will employ.
