Nissan Nuvu 2+1 and Pixo at Paris (2008): first official pictures

The Nuvu name literally means ‘new view’, so the concept previews urban transportation for the next decade. Pictures won’t be released until Paris, but we know the Nuvu will feature similar electric technology to the EV-02 prototype and the production EV that Nissan will unveil at the 2009 Tokyo motor show.

Ford warms up new era of car-guy leaders

A minor temblor shook Dearborn, Mich., today with the announcement that Mark Fields, president of the Americas, climbed the golden corporate ladder to grab the chief operating officer ring, setting him up to succeed Alan Mulally in a couple of years. Continuing Ssangyong's revival is another new car from the Korean company, the KEV2. Unveiled at the Seoul Motor Show, the KEV2 is an electric version of the company's outgoing Korando model. However, in the pursuit of diversifying the aesthetic between drivetrains, the KEV2 features a new DRG that sees the conventional grille lost and more aggressive, taught LED headlights replace the existing lamps.
