Can be used for racing applications as long as the motor temperature and current are carefully monitored. Motor has built-in thermal switch to easily indicate overheating. Recommended maximum RPM is 4500, although we have pushed them much higher than this. This Warp 11 can produce over 400 ft/lbs of torque starting at zero RPM -- this kind of power rivals turbocharged gas and even diesel engines. At 226 pounds, this motor weighs about as much as a 4-cylinder engine, yet can outrun almost every V8 engine ever made! Toyota Avensis, Prius & Corolla recall affects 75,000 UK cars
Wed, 14 Nov 2012Toyota is recalling 75,000 Corolla, Avensis and Prius models in the UK – and 2.7 million worldwide – to fix a steering fault. Last month, Toyota revealed a recall for the Auris, RAV4 and Yaris to fix a fault with electric window switches, and just to make sure those cars weren’t the only faulty Toyota’s, they’ve managed to find a fault with the steering on the Corolla Avensis and Prius. Oh, and the Prius might have a water pump problem.
