Porsche unveils Carrera 4 and 4S Coupe and Convertible (2008)
Thu, 26 Jun 2008By Ben Whitworth First Official Pictures 26 June 2008 11:54 Following on from the new 911 driven earlier this month, Porsche has expanded the line-up with the new all-wheel drive Carrera 4 and 4S, both in coupe and convertible form. And like the standard rear-drive Carrera, the 4 and 4S hides it’s new tech under its same-again styling – badging aside, only the 44mm wider rear haunches and that reflective band between the rear lights distinguish the two and four-wheel variants. Well, there’s an all-new four-wheel drive system, for starters.

The new-for-2010 Toyota Auris receives a facelift inside and out, engineering tweaks to nudge CO2 downwards and a sportier model to lure in younger drivers. Good luck, Toyota… Forgive us for sounding harsh, but CAR has never seen eye to eye with the Auris, dubbing it the ‘magnolia’ of the hatchback segment when we first drove it in 2007.
Hyundai i45 / Hyundai i40 / Hyundai Sonata confirmed for Oz
Thu, 18 Feb 2010Hyundai has reveled its Sonata replacement in Australia - the Hyundai i45 Last year – in September to be accurate – Hyundai launched the replacement for the Hyundai Sonata in its home market of Korea. We knew then that the Sonata name would stay for some markets, but in keeping with Hyundai’s latest nomenclature we were going to get the i-something, to go along with i10, i20, i30, ix35…. We reckoned Europe would get the Hyundai i40, not the Hyundai Sonata.
