You are purchasing a used original water pump core for rebuilding for the Jaguar XK140, XK150, Mk1, MK7, Mk8 and Mk9.
This is not a working pump. It is a core for rebuilding.
Current core charges on these run around $250. If you are looking to have a spare water pump on the shelf and need a core to have rebuilt this may be of interest.
The body casting looks very good with no damaged holes. The water outlet tube walls are thick and not rusted/heavily corroded inside as is common. The impellor/hub turns freely.
The front fan hub looks good and the threaded holes are fine.
This has been on the shelf for a core for decades.

Volvo You concept is the shape of things to come
Mon, 19 Sep 2011The sleek Volvo concept unveiled at the Frankfurt auto show is headed to production, said Volvo Chairman Li Shufu. "The board has approved production of the concept, known as You, but the timetable has to be finalized,'' Li said during an interview at the Frankfurt auto show. He said it will be "somewhere around 2015." It's part of the plan by Chinese owner Zhejiang Geely to move the Volvo brand upscale.

Audi R8 Spyder leaks out
Thu, 10 Sep 2009The first proper pictures of the new Audi R8 Spyder We’ve known for some time that the drop-top R8 was coming to Frankfurt. The Spyder has been seen out and about on the set of the film ‘Iron Man II’, and we had a UK Audi dealer using a picture from the set to promote orders for the R8 Spyder back in July. So it’s not new news, but the pictures are new and are obviously part of the official release set – which we’ll no doubt see later today.
