Porsche Macan production starts in December

The Porsche Macan (pictured) starts production in December with a bolder look It does seem that the baby Cayenne – the new, Audi Q5 based Porsche Macan – has been on its way for a while, but Porsche has now confirmed production will start in December, with first Macans hitting Porsche showrooms in early 2014. But despite the Macan having been spied many times, seemingly almost undisguised, we really don’t know what it will look like. Peugeot and Philippe Starck design bicycle for Bordeaux scheme

Peugeot and accomplished designer Philippe Starck, have developed a unique bike for the city of Bordeaux as part of their continuous promotion of cycling in the city. The new concept of bike-scooter, proposed by Starck and adapted for production by Peugeot, will help in the city's ongoing efforts to improve mobility within Bordeaux. In 15 years the number of cyclists has tripled after a number of initiatives came into effect, two examples being limiting traffic and developing the tramway within the city.

Chrysler reveals SEMA projects

Chrysler teased a few of its SEMA vehicles in sketches earlier this month; now the company has unveiled its entire stand. Its display area at the Las Vegas Convention Center will show off 20 customized vehicles running the gamut from the Chrysler 300 to the Ram pickup and new Jeep Cherokee. The Ram Sun Chaser, in Vibrance Orange Blast and Brilliant Black, is based on the 1500 Quad Cab.
