Terms | We do our best respond to all eBay messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If you don’t receive a response within that time frame, there is a problem. If you won one of our items, our contact email and phone # are available via eBay.
If you are the winning bidder/buyer on any of our items, ALL messages and emails that we send will go to the email address you have registered with eBay. If your email address is not working or has changed, please make sure it is correct BEFORE bidding. Per eBay rules, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address, shipping address, and phone # registered with eBay are correct, since that is what eBay sends to the seller as soon as the listing ends.
We are a surplus dealer, and not experts on anything we sell. We do our best to honestly describe the items we sell, and never deliberately hide any faults. However, we are human, and occasionally make mistakes. If you think we’ve made an error or not described an item accurately, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem. We’ve never received negative feedback from anyone who contacted us about a problem before leaving feedback.
We sell new and used equipment. We describe the physical appearance, and sometimes perform a basic test. The tests we run are to give an idea of the working condition, and in some cases, we are able to fully test it. In others, we can do very little or no testing. If we do not say it is “tested and working properly”, we can only promise that it will perform the tests described, and nothing more. For this reason, we offer a generous return policy. The buyer only assumes the risk of S&H costs. We do not refund S&H costs on untested items, however if we make an error, we will usually pay S&H. We will make every attempt to be fair and reasonable. Since we are not experts, we cannot warrant any item to be safe or operational for any purpose. The buyer is responsible for testing the safety and operability of the item.
Additional good or bad information about condition may appear in the item description, and we try to show any noticeable flaws in our pictures. New or New in Box items are generally not tested, and we assume them to be completely functional, unless described otherwise.
On most items, we have a fee for packaging/handling. This covers the cost of the box and packaging materials. For very large items, this fee also covers some of the time and labor necessary to build a custom box or pallet. The handling fee allows us to offer most items with a low starting price and no reserve. This fee is waived on items that are picked up locally.
Very large/heavy items must be shipped by freight or picked up in person at our facility. If we show a handling fee on a freight item, this charge is to strap the item to a custom shipping pallet, protect any sensitive exposed areas, and cover it with shrink wrap. On these large items, the estimated weight, pallet dimensions, and our zip code are all included in the eBay listing so that you may get freight estimates from your own shippers. If you do not have a freight company, we can make the arrangements for you based on the rate calculator in the listing.
Local pick-up is allowed. If you win an item and wish to pick it up in person, please email to let us know you will be picking it up. We will send a corrected invoice via eBay, and email the pickup location/hours/instructions. Our normal pick-up hours are Monday thru Thursday 10am – 4pm, and Friday 10am – Noon. For large items, we will assist with loading it into your vehicle.
Space in our warehouse is limited, and we are not a storage facility. Items won MUST be collected within 14 days after the listing ends, after which we charge $10 per day to store the item in our facility. If the buyer is unresponsive or leaves items past 30 days, they will be considered abandoned.
EBay feedback is optional. EBay made changes to their feedback system a few years ago, effectively rendering it meaningless, so until they change it back to something useful, it is not a priority. As always, if you think we deserve less than positive feedback, we would appreciate the opportunity to correct the problem. Feedback extortion will not be tolerated. Any buyer threatening negative feedback, because we choose not to participate, will be reported to eBay.
Our items are automatically listed as U.S. only, so your eBay account must be registered in the U.S. in order to place a bid, and we ship to U.S. addresses only. For certain rare or high-end items, we sometimes agree to add a buyer to our eBay “Buyer Requirements Exemption List”, particularly if they have a U.S. shipping address. If you are a foreign buyer, feel free to contact us for permission to bid. On rare occasions, we may agree to ship an item internationally. If we agree to ship internationally, we will complete the customs forms honestly. We will not call our shipments "gifts", and the declared value will be the amount of the bid price.

Muscle cars from the late 1960s and early '70s. Modern performance cars. They're pretty much a microcosm of why our species has a carnal lust for sheetmetal.

The Fiat 500 subcompact might be Italian through and through, but the U.S. version that arrives in dealerships late this year will cater to American tastes. The American car will have a more powerful engine than the European version, a slightly softer ride and--most important--more substantial, American-style cupholders.
