Weber Dcoe 40x2 Bits And Parts To Make 6 Carbs 3 Matched Pairs on 2040-parts.com
Buffalo, New York, US
These are Weber DCOE Carbs and parts that I used on a B20 Volvo inline 4 2.0L. I had each pair on my car and it ran great because there is no greater sound that a pair of DCOE's wide open...WAAAAAAAAA . Sorry..... If you want closer pix with more detail let me know and I'll take a few more images. I have a few sets and the intake pictured in the first picture is not part of this auction.I have quite a selection of bits for the DCOE and please look at my other auctions. I have these because I couldn't find enough DCOE's a few years ago. I kept looking and each time I found a pair... I bid! And of course I had to win... so here I am. Please look closely at the pictures and realize there are 3 matched pairs here plus a few extras. One pair is a DCOE 40 80/81 series and they are different from the older ones in the venturies fitment and the racing air horns. The air horns in the bottom left corner of Picture #5 will fit this pair. The gold ones are DCOE 18 and he first pair I believe is DCOE 2. These facts are significant to some. Please look closely at Pictures # 2 3 4 5 6 7 and you will see all the parts for the carbs. In Picture 6 &7 are all the Mains, Emulsion tubes and Air Correctors. You can see I have quite a few "chokes" and they are bundled and I have 4 each 28, 30, 32 and 33. This is quite a find don't want to say how much I have in these items because my wife might find out. I am going to offer these as a lot here and see how it goes and I'll have a reserve but if it doesn't sell as a whole lot .... I'll probably make the pairs complete and offer each and then the parts. I don't have much for linkage since I just swapped out carbs and kept the linkageon the car. I am in Buffalo NY and even drove a set through the winter on an everyday car. I was tuning for MPG and that's why I have so many bits. My range was 11 - 22 MPG depending upon the setup (very adjustable). Shipping will be at cost but I reserve the right to sell locally once my friends find out

Koenigsegg Agera R smashes six Guinness world records: Video
Wed, 30 Nov 2011Koenigsegg, our favorite hard-to-pronounce Swedish supercar manufacturer, got the word on Wednesday that its latest car has broken six world records. The Agera R, which uses a twin-turbocharged 5.0-liter V8 engine, sprinted from 0 to 300 kph (186.4 mph) in a Stephen Hawking-impressing 14.53 seconds. For us nonmetric types, the Agera R also went from 0 to 200 mph in 17.68 seconds; both runs were verified with a Racelogic VBox recorder.
Top Gear: TomTom SatNavs voiced by Jeremy Clarkson pulled
Thu, 13 Oct 2011Clarkson's voiceover for TomTom SatNav cancelled It seemed like a cracking plan for all concerned to get Jeremy Clarkson to add a voiceover for a TomTom SatNav, particularly with the Top Gear live show rapidly approaching and a million children starting to wonder what on earth they can get dad for Christmas. But it looks like someone has dropped a big clanger as it’s been revealed that getting Jezza to attach his voice – and name – to a TomTom SatNav breaches the BBC’s editorial guidelines. As a non-commercial organisation (although that’s extremely debatable when it comes to BBC Worldwide) the Beeb has to make sure it’s not seen to be promoting any particular products and, more importantly, that its on-air talent aren’t entering in to commercial agreements for products they are associated with.

It costs $1,399, and draws together a host of technology features that are already becoming familiar to car drivers and makes them available to motorcyclists for the first time. The helmet's visor features the firm's 'Synapse' see-through head-up display system that shows information like navigation data, bike speed, and a 180-degree angle feed from the rear-view camera mounted on the back of the helmet.
