We ship every day (except Sundays).  Our cut off time is 7:00am Pacific Time.  Our goal is to ship every item within 24 hours of payment.

International Shipping Policy

All International Shipments over $25 will include insurance which is included in the shipping cost.   

We will not ship to an INTERNATIONAL P.O. Box (P.O. Boxes in the U.S. & Canada are acceptable). 

A FULL STREET ADDRESS AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER ARE REQUIRED FOR THE SHIPPING LABEL FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

ALL International buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes which are NOT included in the shipping costs.

Occasionally delays occur in the delivery of International shipments which are beyond our control.

Return Policy

We are very confident that our items will meet and surpass your expectations, as your satisfaction is our utmost priority and goal.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment.  A refund will be issued within seven (7) business days from receipt of the return.  The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way.  We do not refund return postage. 

To prevent unnecessary returns, which can be very costly, please read the item description carefully and ask any questions you may have prior to bidding or purchasing.  In addition to numerous photos, we also provide measurements in our listings to ensure size or fit will not be a problem.

If you need to return something we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, the buyer will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the item only.  Original shipping charges, shipping supplies, and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
