By far the best J-Bar made.! Wehrs Machining Aluminum J-Bar Adjustable, 21". 5" Drop. We found the adjuster to be the weak link in this j-bar, and after breaking 2 of them on the track (large, young, rookie class this year), replaced them with a hardened, threaded rod. No problems since. No real mods were made, so if you want to order an adjuster and put it back to original, you can. $170.00 new.

Are the Mini Coupe and Roadster on their way out?

Wed, 07 Aug 2013

The slow-selling Mini Coupe and Roadster could be replaced by an all new sports model soon, Australian site CarSales is reporting. The pair haven't fired up the Mini faithful as some other recent models from the brand, and a refreshed Mini lineup is on the horizon including 18 new cars based on Mini's two platforms. Knowing Mini's ability to spin off models, that number doesn't sound too far-fetched.

The Subaru WRX and WRX STI are now in their final model year before they're replaced by an all-new version, and Subaru has just released prices for the 2014 model year. Both cars get a $200 bump for 2014, and destination charges rise, too. The 265-hp 2014 WRX will now start at $26,790 and will be keeping its 2.5-liter turbocharged and intercooled four-cylinder boxer engine and five-speed manual transmission.

New Audi Quattro supercar: could this be it?

Thu, 15 Aug 2013

Audi has released surprise pictures of one of the concept cars it will be bringing to the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, on its international media site. The new concept currently comes with no other information – not even a name. However, given the way it looks so similar to the RS5-based Quattro concept from 2010 and the presence of the Quattro text on so many of these illustrations, it seems fairly clear what this new supercar will be called.
