Feedback Policy
There is no reason that we or a customer should ever have to leave one another neutral or negative feedback. If there is a problem at all we can always be reached by message to help resolve the issue. There is no need for anything other than positive if we have refunded your money or sent you the correct item. Understand that we do not make the products we are selling so if your less than positive feedback is based on the product, such as being able to still smell exhaust fumes after replacing your cabin air filter, do not leave it because this has nothing to do with us or the service we gave you and you would have had the same result if you had purchased from another eBay seller.
Our feedback is designed to automatically leave positive feedback after the buyer has left positive feedback for us. We still go through about once a month and give the remainder of people who have not yet left us feedback positive feedback had there been no problems. We have yet to leave anything other than a positive feedback on our buyers.

Returns Policy
We understand the inconvenience it causes when you receive and item that is damaged or not what you ordered. That's why when you purchase from Highway10sales we do everything we can to understand the situation and fix it or get your money back to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, in the market, there are customers who try to abuse this by sending back there old parts instead of the new ones they bought or opening a return request in hopes that we will just refund their money without asking for a return. So we may sometimes ask for pictures of the damaged item or ask questions about the situation, please do not take offense to this we never know who we are dealing with.
When you need to return an item please message us and we will see if there is a replacement that we can send you. If not we will ask you to open a return request if you haven't already. We then use the eBay returns system to send you a shipping label that we have paid for that you simply print off and tape to the item to ship it out. Once we have received the item back we will refund your money and message you to confirm that you did get your money back.

Shipping Policy

We only ship on business days usually same day or next business day. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days and we can not ship out those days because our local post office is closed. We can also not ship out on major holidays because of the same reason. When an item is ordered at 8PM on a Friday we rather not get angry messages Sunday because it hasn't shipped yet so please plan for this before you purchase.
Most of our items include free shipping domestically. We find the cheapest quickest method for these because we are paying for the shipping costs we want the cost low. If anytime you need an item faster or would like a different shipping method message us and we can get it setup for you so that you get your item on time and the way you want it. If the method costs more than our original, the customer will have to pay for it.
When it comes to shipping addresses we always ship to the address listed on your eBay account for a couple reasons. First it is easier and we don't have to change anything. Second, eBay seller protection only works if we ship to your address on your account. So please make sure the address you have on your eBay account is the one you want the item shipped to. Sometimes we don't get messages in time about shipping the item to a different address and we end up shipping to the eBay address anyway. If you accidentally purchase and your eBay address is not the right one please message us as soon as possible and we can cancel the order so that you can make the necessary corrections.
We also have no problem shipping internationally and have shipped many times to countries all over the globe since we started selling on eBay. International shipments can be a touch more tricky with customs in different countries and addresses being setup different than we are used to. So if there is ever any problems please message us and we will try to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. In the case we can't get it sorted out we will happily refund your money.
If a package is lost in the mail we will try our best to recover it through the postal service but sometimes things just disappear. In that case we will also refund your money and attempt to make an insurance claim to recover ours.

Payment Policy
On eBay purchases being shipped to you we accept only PayPal through eBay. If you are coming to pick up your item in person we also accept cash and major credit/debit cards. No personal checks, business checks, or cashiers checks because these are all to easily faked. We then mark the eBay item paid and shipped so that we are both still protected if something does happen to go wrong.

Best Offer Policy
Some of our listings have a best offer option. Please read the description of the item before making an offer. Some items we are just looking for a fair offer to make a sale, others we only consider best offers if it is for multiple quantity of that item. In the discription of these items we state that the price for one item is firm but best offers are considered for multiple quantity orders. If you make an offer and it is declined with a message saying that the price for one is firm and only multiple quantity offers are considered, please do not continue to send offers for one item. When we say firm, we mean it, there is no wiggle room and yes we still decline your offer no matter how close you get to the selling price.

How to Contact
We usually respond to messages through eBay within an hour during business hours (8AM-5PM) on weekdays and sometimes outside of those hours as our eBay account is linked to all of our phones. But if you have questions about an item or shipping an item, usually the case for larger freight shipments, you can call us as well. Please state what item your calling about and a call back number if no one happens to answer.
You can call 715-281-2485 but no texts to this number they will not be received.
Or you can call or text 715-281-5885 with questions or offers on for sale items.

McLaren F1 sells for $8.47 million at Gooding & Co’s Pebble Beach Auction

Sun, 18 Aug 2013

McLaren F1 chassis #66 (pictured) has sold for $8.47 million There’s been an inexorable rise in the price of classic cars in recent years as rich men realise that certain classic cars not only have huge appeal, but appear to be going only one way in price. Add to that – certainly in the UK – that any profits made on the sale of a classic car you’ve bought for your own enjoyment are tax free, and it’s no shock that values keep rising, and the rarer the car the more they rise. So with only 64 road cars made, the McLaren F1 can be considered a sound investment, with values rising since it first sold in the 1990s for around £640,000 to a new world record auction price set last night of £8.47 million (around £5.42m).

Hyundai & Kia to spend up to $395 million on lump sum fuel settlements

Fri, 27 Dec 2013

Hyundai & Kia to spend up to $395 on lump sum fuel settlements Back in 2012, Hyundai and Kia had to stand up and accept that they’d overstated the official economy of a number of their models and attempt to put things right. They did that by offering all buyers of affected cars a compensation plan which repaid owners for their losses over expectation, added 15 per cent for good measure and made that ongoing for the lifetime of the ownership. But this is the USA, so it wasn’t all as straightforward as that.

Arash AF-8 (2008): first official pictures

Mon, 21 Jan 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 21 January 2008 16:49 Arash Farboud, the man who created the car that spawned the Farbio GTS, has today announced details of his latest supercar venture, the AF-8. Priced at £120,000, the AF-8 is the baby brother to the AF-10 - a smaller, more user-friendly car than the hardcore hypercar. Though both cars will use the same GM-sourced 7.0-litre V8, the AF-10 will use a tweaked version with 550bhp, while the AF-8 will use the unit in standard Corvette Z06 tune.
