Westburg Aviation Egt Gauge - Exhaust Gas Temperature on 2040-parts.com

Location:

Lilburn, Georgia, United States

Lilburn, Georgia, United States
Condition:Used

I am selling a Westburg Aviation EGT gauge - exhaust gas temperature. All you need in additional to this gauge would be to purchase the temperature probe which goes into one of your exhaust pipes. This probe can be purchased from Aircraft Spruce.

This Westburg EGT gauge is TSO'd and was manufactured on 9/12/1984. I removed it from my aircraft to make room for a radio coupler....the gauge works perfectly and is handy to accurately lean your aircraft engine for best performance and/or fuel economy.

The model number is K28.

The nice part is that with this gauge - no 12V electrical connection is needed as the EGT probe powers the gauge. Install the gauge in your panel, install the temp probe, connect the wires....you're ready to go.

At Aircraft Spruce this gauge sells for over $72.00 plus shipping and tax. So save alot of money with this item!

Bid in confidence as I've been on Ebay for over 15 years and have a 100% rating.

Lotus Exige S Roadster arriving Summer 2013 (video)

Thu, 02 May 2013

So the revelation that the Lotus Exige S Roadster – which had an outing as a concept at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show – is finally making it in to production and will arrive in the Summer of 2013 is exactly the sort of Lotus news we want to hear. Lotus has revealed the Exige S Roadster as a reality in a short tease video (below) telling us the new Lotus will be ‘Ready for the Summer’, although by the time it gets in to the hands of customers summer will probably be already over (if it’s not already – we have had a few nice days in a row). The Exige S Roadster will get the same 345bhp 3.5 litre V6 complete with supercharger as the coupe which will be enough to get you to 62mph in just 4 seconds, and you’ll be able to row it along with either a six-speed manual or automated manual ’box plus, thanks to a very lightweight folding roof and the loss of the back spoiler, the Roadster will weigh no more than the coupe so should handle exactly how a Lotus is meant to.

Porsche rejects BlueSport Concept

Thu, 14 May 2009

Porsche has rejected the BlueSport concept as a new entry-level Porsche The VW BlueSport concept debuted at the Detroit Motor Show in January, and offered the prospect of an economical, fun roadster from the VW group. But at the time VW made it clear that the car would have to work across three of its brands to be viable. VW are obviously up for the project, and Audi look likely to go along with BlueSport with the planned E2 Roadster.
