What we have here is a Westerbeke 11 TWG belt cover. This is from a 11KW marine generator used only in fresh water. Its in good condition. It has a couple of cracks as shown in the pictures but still looks good.  This is for the 4 cylinder GASOLINE engine. I believe this fits the 6.5 & 8.0 also but i am not an expert so i'm not sure. Please e-mail with questions. Flat rate shipping is for the lower 48 states only.
