Product details: Individual Rechargeable Transponder ONLY. Perfect for replacing your transponder when you already have the charger and mounting pouch. Each RaceCEIVER Westhold Transponder has a unique serial number which identifies exactly which competitor is crossing the start/finish line or any other timing point on a course. The Race Manager PC software displays this data which can then be sent to scoreboards, handheld devices, the Internet or locally networked computers. Rechargeable - 7 day on time. Fast recharge (max 3 hours, typical 1 hour). Transponders are quickly charged with the convenient charging cradle. Max charge time is approximately 3 hours. Typical charge time is approximately 1 hour. LED lights on the transponder indicate full charge while in the charging cradle. When removed from the cradle the transponder green LED indicates approximate number of days of life left (up to 7 days). A red LED indicates when the transponder charge has less than 1 day remaining. NOTE: This transponder is compatible ONLY with WESTHOLD TIMING SYSTEMS. There are 2 companies that control most of the timing systems in circle track racing, WESTHOLD and MYLAPS. GMC adds Denali trim and a larger V6 to the Terrain for 2013
Wed, 14 Mar 2012The GMC Terrain crossover gets an upscale Denali trim level and a larger, more powerful V6 engine for the 2013 model year, General Motors said on Wednesday. The 2013 Terrain goes on sale this fall. The new V6 displaces 3.6 liters and is rated at 301 hp and 272 lb-ft of torque.
RAC to carry universal spare wheel
Thu, 16 Jan 2014The RAC believes call outs to cars with punctures but no spare wheel will reach 250,000 a year by 2015, so has decided to roll out its own universal spare wheel as a hassle-reducing solution. The universal spare wheel, which has already been successfully trialled, should become standard equipment for all RAC breakdown patrols by early February 2014.
