Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 15 days, a 15-30% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. 2015 Kia Sorento teased – now it’s the interior We sort of had the 2015 Kia Sorento revealed last week as Kia released a pair of design sketches of the new Sorento ahead of its public debut in South Korea later this month. And now we get the same treatment for the new Sorento’s interior. Frankly, the exterior design sketches were nothing more than a tease of what’s on offer – and doubtless far more dramatic than the real 2015 Sorento will be – and the teaser sketches of the interior are even less revealing of what will be on offer.

Tyre labelling not telling full story

THE NEW TYRE LABELLING scheme to tell drivers how environmentally efficient a tyre performs is not giving the full picture, according to Emissions Analytics. Tests show that at certain speeds, tyres with a lower efficiency rating can perform as well as those with a higher rating. This means drivers could be paying more for higher rated tyres when they would be as well off with a more affordable tyre.

Hongik University in Seoul, Korea, is one of the preeminent design schools in the country with a diverse range of programs. But the school's transportation design department has also developed a unique approach for concept ideation. At the International Transportation Design Forum in Pforzheim, Germany, Professor Joo Hyun Chung from the school's Transportation Design course gave Car Design News an exclusive insight into the process, explaining how students express their ideas into 3D surfaces directly, using materials such as paper and wire for the first exploration of the form rather than the traditional 2D to 3D process.
