Light-weight, racing style lug nuts at an affordable price, that’s what the Muteki Open Ended Lug Nuts are about from Wheel Mate Performance. The cold-forged steel of the Muteki Lug Nut permits it to be smaller, thinner, and lighter than normal steel nuts. Furthermore, the compact size of the Muteki Lug Nut allows it to be used in small diameter wheel holes. The open ended Muteki Lug Nut also allows for longer racing studs and full thread engagement. That, combined with the oversized 60 degree taper seat, ensures that the Muteki Lug Nut will keep your wheel secure. The unique shape of the spline drive will also signify that your wheels will not be removed by a thief passing by. 60 degrees taper seat M12×1.25 or M12×1.50 thread pitch available Cold forged 1008 steel Finishes: Chrome, Black, Red, Purple, and Blue 20 spline drive lug nuts set Includes a 3/4″ & 13/16″ dual hex adapter |

Fitness-focused autonomous vehicle pedals to victory in Interior Motives Design Awards
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Earlier tonight, on the eve of the first Paris Motor Show press day, the world's top designers and automotive journalists assembled at L'Espace Clacquesin in Paris to witness sponsors Ford and Volkswagen announce the 2014 Interior Motives Student Design of the Year: ‘Life Cycle' by Jason Chen and Dirk Wan of the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, USA. Launched in January of this year and themed ‘Beyond Styling: a Design for Life', the competition asked students to create projects around three diverse but specific briefs: ‘Beyond Autonomous', which posed the question of what would happen if we were to combine the latest developments in computing and robotics with automobile design; ‘An Interior for Life', in which students were asked to focus on one feature or element of a car's interior and adapt it for dual use in a user's ordinary life; and ‘Pickup Truck of 2030', which challenged the young designers to extrapolate what the future might hold for this popular and versatile mode of transport. This year's contest attracted more than 200 entries from students based at 57 schools in 24 different countries.
Jags and my Dad: growing up with a Jagaholic
Thu, 24 Jun 2010My Dad was a great Irish man: a Harrier pilot, RAF missile base commander and the kind of character who'd walk into a room and become the life and soul of whatever was happening. He only ever owned Jaguars. No wonder I worshipped him.
Subaru Legacy concept (2013) first official pictures
Fri, 15 Nov 2013By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 15 November 2013 16:45 This is the new Subaru Legacy concept car, which will be displayed at the Los Angeles motor show later in November 2013. Usually, we’re pretty wary of styling concepts, given how much poetic license they allow designers, before their sexy, swooping designs are diluted to meet crash and aerodynamic benchmarks. This Legacy’s design theme is its trademark ‘Symmetrical All-wheel drive’ system.
