SNAP ON DESIGN MEANS THAT YOU PUT THEM ON WITH A RUBBER MALLET RATHER THAN REMOVING LUG NUTS. NEW IN BOX. MATERIAL GRADE: 304-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL WITH 3-STAGE FINISHING INCLUDING HAND POLISHING.
