This is a wide glide conversion kit for sportsters or dynas originally equipped with 39mm narrow glides. This kit includes conversion triple trees, a wider conversion axle and spacer, a brake rotor spacer, a head light mount adapter, and associated hardware. This is everything you need to do the swap, other than wide glide style fork caps. These components are in good condition with nice bright chrome. They are however used and have evidence of such. Audi plans expansion of hybrids, electrics
Mon, 15 Mar 2010Audi plans a rapid expansion of plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles over the next few years as a key component in Volkswagen Group's strategy to dominate the alternative-powertrain market by decade's end. Michael Dick, Audi's board member for technical development, told Automotive News that the next-generation A6 sedan will have the potential to be a full hybrid by the end of 2012. The A6 would join the recently introduced hybrid A8 sedan at the Geneva auto show and the soon-to-be-launched Q5 hybrid crossover.
General Motors to offer talking cars by 2016
Tue, 09 Sep 2014GENERAL MOTORS has said that in two years it will offer cars that talk to each other and can almost drive themselves at highway speeds. The company said the semi-autonomous freeway system called Super Cruise will be an option on a new Cadillac that goes on sale in the summer of 2016. The company also plans to put vehicle-to-vehicle transmitters and receivers on all Cadillac CTS models during the same time-frame.
