You are bidding on a pair of hubs, spindles and bearings for the Dana 25, 27 or 30 (drum brake only) axles.  I acquired the hubs a few years ago with a set of Dana 30 locking hubs so my assumption is that they originally came from a 1972 to 1975 CJ5.  However the spindles are from a 1971 or older Dana 25 or 27 axle.  So as a combination, the spindles and hubs will fit Jeeps from 1941 to 1971.  If you are just using the hubs and you have drum brakes you can extend that range out to 1975.  The outer bearings and races have not been installed.  They are used Timken bearings but appear to be in good shape.  The inner bearings are still in the hub.  I suggest cleaning and re-greasing them but they appear in good shape.  The bronze bushings appear to be in good shape.  I was saving these for a future project but sold that axle so these need to go.  Feel free to ask any questions.  These will all fit in a USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box.

Sorry - No International Shipping

I am working to complete my 1947 Willys CJ2A and have decided to step away from Jeeps for a while. Therefore I am selling off all of my duplicates and triplicate parts. Please watch my other auctions in the coming weeks as I continue to clear out 15 years of parts collecting from over 50 Willys and Jeep vehicles.

Subaru BRZ: First official BRZ picture

Tue, 01 Nov 2011

Subaru BRZ - First Photo Released We’ve had a raft of images of the Toyota FT-86 in the last week or two, but very little on its Subaru sibling – the Subaru BRZ. But now, with the Tokyo Motor Show and the official debut of the BRZ (and the FT-86) looming, we have the first photo of the Subaru offering in the Toybaru project. Developed by Subaru and Toyota – with, it seems, Subaru doing the oily bits and Toyota the styling – the ‘affordable’ sports car from Japan does seem to be a tempting offering.

Saab struggles with bills – Vladimir says it’s all fine

Thu, 31 Mar 2011

The Saab production line grinds to a halt as components run out I think we all hoped that after the long, painful transition from GM ownership in to new hands at Spyker that things would settle down and Saab would get back to making cars instead of headlines. But it seems not. Just a few days ago we had news that lifetime Saab man and CEO of Saab Jan Åke Jonsson is to step down in May, together with the news that Saab lost €140 million in 2010.

New recalls hit 2.7 million GM vehicles, from Corvettes to Saturns

Thu, 15 May 2014

General Motors is recalling 2.7 million U.S. cars and trucks for problems ranging from flawed taillamps and windshield wipers to brake problems, in an escalation of the safety crisis that has enveloped the company for months. GM said today it expects to book up to $200 million in charges in the second quarter to cover the cost of recalls during the period.
