• Packages usually ship via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or FedEx Ground
• We process orders as fast as possible and your tracking number will be uploaded to eBay & then emailed to you at your convenience.
• During the holiday may cause shipping delays. Be sure to get your order in within enough time to deliver. Please inform me of any issues with your shipment.

• Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from purchase. Purchases made after business hours will not be fulfilled until the following  buisness day

Our staff is available within the business hours listed above. You may receive a response outside of the business hours, but a faster response is more likely if it is within hours. 

RETURNS: 
If you have an issue with a product you purchased for any reason, you can open a return request on the item if it within 30 days of purchase if the item  is eligible for return. Items such as Amateur Radios and Refurbished items cannot be returned back directly and must be handled by their respective warranty  department. If your purchase is past the 30 day return policy, you can still contact the manufacturer with any issues for warranty replacement or repair. 

Once a return has been opened, you will be provided with an RMA Number which you will include with your returned package for faster processing. The buyer is  responsible for return shipping charges. Once our returns department has received your return, you can expect payment within 3-5 business days after inspecting the return.
