This adjustable proportioning valves combines the latest refinements to deliver precise pressure metering and strength from a compact forged billet design. Pressure adjustments can vary from 100-1000 PSI and provide for a maximum decrease of 57% iline pressure, the most of any valve on the market. Adjuster knob with fine thread tuning provides precise pressure adjustment. This adjustment lets you fine tune the front to rear braking balance by proportionally decreasing the rear brake line pressure. BMW teases 2 Series Coupé with new video [w/Video]

Mon, 21 Oct 2013

BMW's 2 Series Coupé has been previewed in a video ahead of its reveal later this month. The teaser video – produced in the dramatic style favored by most carmakers – outlines the 2 Series' silhouette and from what we can see it's much sleeker and rounder than its predecessor while generally retaining the same proportions. Although the car – which is the second generation of the 1 Series Coupé – is debuting on 25 October, we won't see it on show stands until next January's North American International Auto Show.

Dinner with Bob Lutz: Looking back at nearly 50 years in the car business

Tue, 27 Apr 2010

Bob Lutz is retiring--again. He has tried this twice before: at Chrysler in 1998 and with his abortive exit from General Motors last year. But this time, at age 78, it may stick, even for the car guy who has operated at the industry's highest levels since the early 1970s.

Antique Automobile Club of America displays car collecting and its finest in Hershey

Fri, 22 Oct 2010

Searching for vintage car parts, literature, gas station collectables, or even a nice old car? The best place to look is the annual Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Fall National Meet, better known as “Hershey.” Now in its 55th year, it's the world's largest old car gathering, with an 1,800-car concours, more than 1,000 cars for sale in the “car corral,” and, best of all, an astounding 9,000 flea market spaces, chock full of more automotive artifacts than you can imagine, all scattered in no particular order on 85-plus acres--that's nearly 90 football fields--or “22 miles of aisles,” as Hershey devotees say. It takes a lot of walking, but walk we did for four days, for a close-up of this fascinating offshoot of the old-car hobby.
