  This Windline Marine 'AR-7' Heavy Duty anchor Bow Roller is UNUSED, remaining in new condition. Purchased for a boat project and never used- Still has tag and hang tag. Heavy-Duty stainless-steel construction. Usable with Danforth, Plow and Bruce anchors. Rated for boats 20'- 45'. Line to 1" and and chain to 3/8". Design allows cantilevering the unit beyond the bow, allowing the flukes or plow to 'tuck under' well away from the hull and brightwork. Ingenious design has a sliding pin which holds the anchorline captive, if desired. Measures about 2 3/4" wide at the widest point and about 9" overall.

Ford Escape recall addresses door handle issue

Ford is recalling Escape SUVs from the 2013 and 2014 model years for a problem that can make the doors difficult to close or -- more ominously -- can cause the doors to open while driving. A total of 581,986 SUVs made between October 5, 2013, and April 10, 2014, are affected; Ford blames the recall on assembly misalignment between the exterior door handle and the door outer panel. The danger of this assembly issue involves the possibility of an unbelted passenger falling out of the SUV, though Ford has not indicated that any such incident has occurred.

Fashion designer John Varvatos continues Detroit theme in new Chrysler 300 ad

Continuing the "Imported from Detroit" campaign that launched with Eminem's epic Super Bowl ad, Chrysler has partnered with fashion designer and native Detroiter John Varvatos for the next installment in the star-studded series of commercials. With Iggy Pop playing in the background, the spot shows Varvatos driving a Chrysler 300 as the voiceover says that the Motor City's "perfect combination of rock and roll and heavy industry" made it the designer's muse. Chrysler also is running an ad with Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.
