Payment

1.We accept payment by PayPal. PayPal enables you to send payment quickly and securely online.

2.Payment should be made within 3 days after you place order with us.We will send you the goods within 1-2 workdays after the payment has been confirmed.

3.We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. We only accept PayPal verified and confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay.

4.Our price does not include Duties, Value Added Taxes, Customs Clearance Fees and other charges.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.

5.Buyer needs to pay for the above fees in case that occurred for certain goods. If the parcel returns back to us due to the buyer refuse to pay those fees, we would not send the parcel again unless the buyer completes those fees and pay all the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to this reason.

Delivery

1) First of all, we will send the item to you by E-packet delivery if you are in USA. Maybe it will take about 7-15 business days.  If you are outside of USA,we will send it to you by China Post Air mail. It is slow, maybe you will recieved the item after you paid 35-55 days later.If you want to get it fast,please contact us and pay with paypal derectly. Then we will send it by DHL,UPS,FEDEX or EMS.but you should pay the express fee at first.China Post Air Mail(CMAM) is not like EMS or DHL EXpress,  it does not have tracking information when the goods arrive to each address every day.It just have 2 post address, one is start post address, the other is the end post address.

If you just see the starting address on CPAM tracking website, it means the item is in the shipping process,please wait patiently. If you see there is tracking information of your country on china post website, it means the item has arrived.  Please be careful and contact the post office in your country. 

2)Normally FedEx,UPS and DHL take 7-15 days, EMS takes 7-20 days and USPS takes 7-10 days to deliver.China post air mail is very slow, it takes 30-45 workdays to deliver,so please tell us. if you want to get itemn fast, please choose UPS,DHL,TNT,EMS,FEDEX. If there is any delay,it may be caused by bad weather or custom inspection.If you don't receive the item within 30 DAYS, please contact us.We will choose the most economic way from the above. Please note that we ship to Russia via EMS only and ship to South America via EMS mostly.For some countries(Russia,Brazil,etc), it takes a long time for customs clearance.We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay.

3).If any courier among the above is too much far away from you,please contact us after or before purchase so that we can choose the most convenient,fastest and cheapest way to ship your order.

Return

Condition of sales payment should be received within 3 days from the end of the auction.

All non-pay bidder will be reported. Products without any quality problem can't be refund.

Products with quality problem in 7 days can be returned and refund. 

Products with quality problem in 30 days can be returned and replaced.

Products with quality problem in 1 year can be returned and repaired.
