The Minivan, once the symbol of suburban America, had fallen out of favor - its dowdy, "soccer mom" image eschewed in exchange for upscale, aggressive SUVs. According to Mays, the idea with the Fairlane was to "move people emotionally as well as physically", something few minivans had done before.
Renault working on 141mpg plug-in hybrid concept

Speaking to at Renault’s ‘Innovations’ event last year – showcasing the French manufacturer’s new technology that will underpin its next-generation models – Bastien revealed the new car will make its debut in 2014. Honda launches heritage-collection clothing line

The Honda Heritage Clothing Collection debuted with a launch party and fashion show this week in Los Angeles. Capitalizing on the vintage T-shirt trend, Honda's new collection includes tees, shop shirts, shrunken sweatshirts and tote bags branded with graphics inspired by the carmaker's logos and advertising campaigns of the 1960s, '70s and '80s.
