  •    This Auction is for a Winslow 40 SLCC Life Raft. My Father had this in his sailboat before he sold it a few years ago. It has never been deployed and was always kept out of the weather. It was last  due to be recertified  in May 2009. It can be recertified by Winlslow for around $700. I will ship this Via UPS insured for the winning bid value.

Ford has the biggest display space of any manufacturer at SEMA – 27,000 square feet – and plans to pack it with every kind of truck, tuner and Transit Connect. Yes, this year at SEMA Ford will have ten customized Transit Connect small business haulers in a celebration it's calling “Vandemonium.” So far we have a picture of just of one of them, the “TC – Pentech,” a Transit Connect with two driving simulators in the back. Info on the other nine hasn't been released yet but suffice to say Vandemonium could make the Transit Connect the PC Cruiser of the new millennium.

McLaren MP4-12C - Jezza on the Top Gear Track Update 4/7/2011: No, we don’t know what happened to Jeremy’s McLaren MP4-12C piece either. The BBC told us it was on, but instead we got James May and the Aston Martin Virage. Not that there’s anything wrong with May and an Aston, but we had our juices going for the McLaren.

Spyker Cars to change name, shift focus

Spyker Cars is changing its name to Swedish Automobile N.V., and its new Chinese partner, Pang Da, is waiting for authorities to approve the investment in Spyker and Saab. Known for more than a decade as a producer of exclusive muscle cars, Spyker sold off its sports-car business in February to focus on Saab. The company bought the Swedish automaker a year ago when General Motors was on the verge of shutting Saab down.
