To process new returns electronically if you are located in the U.S. and paid with a Paypal account to initiate a return, you simply click “Return this item” next to the transaction in "My eBay", choose a reason, and print a return shipping label and packing slip.
The following process should be done only if the electronic process(above) would not work or if you are outside of the U.S. or paid with a guest paypal account by credit card go to the link at the bottom of this page print and fill out the form to send with the return.
All new returns must be in new, salable condition, in the manufacturer's branded box the part was in, and can't be previously installed. All Haynes, Chilton manuals, and Fel-Pro must be in the original packaging unopened or no credit will be given. There is no new returns on any electrical parts.
WARRANTY RETURNS
All defective parts will be replaced for same part purchased. Warranty is exchange only no refunds unless replacement part not available or parts lookup listing is incorrect. Most warranty's are for one year only. This only includes manufacturer defects it doesn't include any defects from normal wear or installer error.
Simply go to the link at the bottom of this page print and fill out the form and send it with the return or return with form on the back of the packing slip. It is Warranty Exchange only as stated on the item page for one year from the date of purchase. We will send you a replacement part when the defective one is received. If you are in need of a new one sooner, you can purchase another from us and when the defective part is received in the manufacturer box we will issue a refund for the second transaction. We must be notified ahead of time before you do this otherwise we will send a replacement without knowing.

The first official photos of the 2011 Mercedes CLS leak out
The Paris Motor Show beckons, and we are thankfully going to have far more going on in the world of cars than we have for the last month or so. And today’s leak of the 2011 Mercedes CLS in all its production ready glory – well, it’s Photoshop enhanced production ready glory, anyway – is doubtless the first of the Paris leaks to come over the next month or so. Of course, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen the replacement for the Mercedes CLS.

With production of the high-performance R8 GT getting under way, Audi is preparing a convertible version of the car. The German automaker released sketches of the R8 GT Spyder on Monday. A full debut is likely at the Frankfurt motor show in September.

Volvo is launching an R-design version of the new C30
The R-Design body kit on the C30 is painted in the same colour as the car for a seamless integration, and the visual illusion that the C30 is actually much lower tha the 10mm suspension drop. Five-spoke Cactus alloys are fitted, and the interior gets new upholstery. Just a shame there are no power upgrades.
