This Colt vest has a concealed inside pocket on both sides to carry an extra clip and a gun, gun and clip are not included. The vest also has leather lacing on both sides to let out or take in as needed. We do not know for sure but we are guessing that this is new because of it's condition.

London hogging too much transport investment

Ministers must use the new funding arrangements for local projects to "ensure that there is a fairer allocation of funding", said the report from the House of Commons Transport Committee. "No area across our nation should be second class in relation to the allocation of transport infrastructure funds," the MPs said.
