Cut from Oracal 651 adhesive vinyl which is rated as a 6 year outdoor vinyl and it is dishwasher safe as well. Great for cars, trucks, boats, laptops, windows, wall decor, tumblers, mugs, etc.. There is no background or clear backing. The background is whatever you apply it to. Detailed application instructions will be included with decal. Please do not remove transfer tape until all vinyl adheres to applied surface. No refunds or replacements will be given due to user error or wrong color selection. EyesOn design awards 2012 winners announced at NAIAS
Tue, 10 Jan 2012The Detroit-based EyesOn Design competition winners have just been announced at their traditional time, late on the second press day of the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The jury, which this year included Ralph Giles (Chrysler), Derek Jenkins (Mazda), Lorenzo Ramaciotti (Fiat/Chrysler), Peter Schreyer (Kia) and Franz Von Holzhausen (Tesla) had a much greater array of products to choose from than in recent years; this is a somewhat rejuvenated Detroit auto show. From the cars on display at the show, the judges shortlisted the Ford Fusion, BMW 3-Series and Cadillac ATS for the best production car award.
Saab finds a buyer
Wed, 13 Jun 2012Bankrupt automaker Saab has found a buyer. But instead of picking up where the Swedish firm left off, the buyer plans to use Saab's resources for the production of electric cars. The new owners of Saab, a Chinese-Swedish investment group with Japanese backing called National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS), did not release details on how much it paid for Saab or how much it planned to invest in the company.
