IN EXCELLENT USED CONDITION

This listing is for a highly unique cylinder head/blower supercharger tilt and rotate service stand in excellent used condition.  This highly specialized service stand here offered is composed of two base assemblies.  The upper base unit is constructed of aluminum.  The lower mounting base unit is constructed of steel.  These base assemblies are being sold as a matched set which they are.  The lower base assembly features a bench mountable end mounting eye and a bench mountable rotation lockable primary end base.  The upper base assembly features a tiltable mounting system for the components refered to above.  The combined system advertised and photoed is exactly what you will receive.  We have no knowledge of whether additional accessory pieces are or are not required for use.  This system appears to have never been used but does have some paint chips on the lower base unit from transport.  The system appears to have no physical damage to it.  Although the country of origin is unknown, in one of the photos the red sticker with the word "ACHTUNG" indicates it was designed and built in a country that spoke German.

WHAT IT DOES:  With this extremely well thought out and designed system, the mechanic is provided unprecidented access and convenience to working on the most exotic components in a way previous to this system were never conceived.  By nature of the multi-angular locating capability of this system not only can highly precision work be performed but also be performed in the most quick and efficient way possible.  Recently, on a nationally televised NHRA event, a service stand like this one was shown with a supercharger mounted in it for rotor/vane replacement.

If the best money can buy is what your circumstances require, genuinely consider adding this valuable and time saving service stand to your arsenal creating the edge to beat the competition!

Storms batter Britain

Thu, 13 Feb 2014

THE MET OFFICE has issued a "red" weather warning for exceptionally strong winds in western parts of Wales and north-western parts of England, while the Thames is predicted to rise to its highest level in more than 60 years in some places. On the day dubbed Wild Wednesday, gusts of 108mph hit Aberdaron on the Llyn Peninsula in north west Wales, while 96mph winds were recorded off the south coast of England at the Needles, on the Isle of Wight. The Met Office has forecast 2.75ins (70mm) of rain by Friday in the already-sodden West Country - more than the region would normally get in the whole of February - with south Wales, western Scotland, Northern Ireland and other parts of southern England also expected to bear the brunt of the deluge.
