All original right down to the dark olive drab paint.  Operates smoothly does show slight wear to the upper support as seen in picture.  This jack most likely will be used to complete a set of tools to finish off your restoration and not actually to be used.  The up-down lever works as intended, base is in exceptional condition.  Just a great piece that shows very well.  This is an exceptionally nice jack free of rust or other distracting issues.

Lotus to build Ethos mini with Proton, Elan delayed

Lotus today confirmed it will build its city car concept - with help from parent firm Proton - but the Elan sports car has been put on ice. The new Lotus city car will be called the Ethos, continuing a long tradition of E-names for products from Hethel. The Lotus city car is go Chief executive Dany Bahar said the city car would be on sale in early 2014.
