Seems this day and age many, mostly new Ebayers, would rather leave bad feedback rather than contact us so we can replace the item or give them a refund. We have been selling for several years and maintain good feedback and would like to continue doing so.
A message to the Ebayers that have a chip on their shoulders would be "Please don't buy from us!"
It is stupid not to contact a seller and get the item you purchased. Instead some of you would rather keep the inferior product and leave bad feedback. What gives? Ebay has worked very hard to make this a safe market place and any buyer, regardless of how stupid they act, can get the item they purchased.

Lexus RC to debut at Tokyo Motor Show
