This is one brand new set of Xact Spark plug wire sets are designed and engineered according to oginal equipment specifications. This set of plugs fit a wide variety of GM vehicles years 1994 through 1999 including Chevy, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, and Buick. If you are unsure of fitment please contact us. It is my goal to offer to you quality products at a discounted price. I will do all I can within reason to make your purchasing experience a pleasant one. If at anytime, after making your purchase, you have a problem or concern, please contact me. I will respond to your e-mails as quickly as possible. I ask that you contact me through EBay as sometimes e-mails to my personal e-mail account are filtered into junk mail, and subsequently over looked. I will leave appropriate feedback after receiving feedback from the purchaser. Before leaving negative feedback I ask that you give me an opportunity to resolve any issues.
The item/s offered for sale in my auctions are acquired primarily from commercial trucking salvage/unclaimed freight sales/auctions, and other similar retail outlets. In most cases the items are new, however due to the nature of the acquisition the packaging may be damaged or show other forms of wear. Apart from the packaging, the condition of the item being sold is described in the auction. I am not an authorized merchant or re-seller of any item offered for sale, therefore I cannot offer a warranty or settle warranty claims for the manufacturer. Any statements or descriptions included in the auction about the functionality of the product, other than those concerning "condition," are my interpretation of information derived from the packaging, or other available sources.
Return Policy:
I do not accept returns. All sales are final. Exceptions include: The item you received is substantially not as described in the auction, damaged other than noted in the auction, defective, or the wrong item. I will not offer refunds for damage caused by customer use, neglect, or dissatisfaction with functionality of a product unless the item is actually defective upon receipt.
All claims for returns must be made within seven days of delivery. The item must be returned at the purchaser’s expense within ten days. Once the claim is verified an exchange will be made for the returned item and return shipping will be refunded. If an exact substitute is not available a credit or refund will be offered including shipping costs. Any item returned without prior approval, (including refused delivery), or that is not as otherwise stated above-defective, non-functional, or an incorrect item, will be forfeited by the purchaser. No refund or credit will be given. There will be a minimum service charge of $10.00 or 10% of the original purchase price, whichever is greater, plus shipping costs to return the item to the purchaser. If an item is listed “as is,” damaged, or non functional, all sales are final, there are no returns.
Shipping

I will combine shipping on multiple orders if practical. Please email me for a quote. Unless USPS shipping is offered NO APO or PO boxes, I must have a physical location address for ground shipping. Flat rate ground shipping is for the 48 contiguous states only. All others request a shipping quote prior to bidding. Flat rate USPS shipping is for all US states and territories.
International shipping quotes do not include Customs fees, duty or taxes of any kind. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these fees upon delivery of the item.
I reserve the right to substitute shippers, however the level of service offered in the listing will be the same. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days.
Payment

Accepted payment methods: Pay Pal is preferred, or other Ebay approved electronic payment method. Credit card payments can tendered through Paypal without opening a Paypal account. All payments must be made in US funds.
Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close.
I reserve the right to reject pay pal payments for delivery of items to unconfirmed US and international addresses. If you are uncertain that your payment will be accepted please e-mail me before bidding.
